The Premium Basket is an E Commerce website which offers a wide range of dry fruits including but not limited to plain dry fruits, gourmet dry fruits such as seasoned dry fruits, salted nuts, dragees, flavoured makhanas, nut butters and associated products crafted in the format of hampers, bespoke baskets, corporate gifting packages as well as individual packaged items tailored to meet the unique preferences and requirements of customers. We are accessible under our brand name “The Premium Basket” through the website https://thepremiumbasket.com/ (“Platform”).

17. INDEMNIFICATION

In addition to the indemnification commitment provided in Terms of Use, User agrees to indemnify us, our partners, affiliates, officers, agents and employees and hold us harmless from and against any claims and demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to arising out of or relating to:

1. accuracy and correctness of Personal Information and contents that User submits or shares through the Platform;
